The Rolling Bones Outfitters rifle systems are designed to be exactly that: a complete shooting system. The rifle, the scope, the ammunition, the turret all goes together to enable the shooter an enhanced, easier, more proficient system than any of the individual components by themselves. This is a range, dial and dump shooting system. Once you obtain the range, dial the Ballistic turret that has been cut to exactly match the ammunition for your rifle to the corresponding range and execute the shot. This rifle starts out as a Gunwerks GBR action that has the highest tolerances. The bolt is radial fluted and polished to increase the smoothness, and reduce the potential for fouling with dirt and debris. This custom action is then stabilized with a proprietary carbon fiber stock in chocolate with black speckles. The stock is designed for the shooters to obtain the appropriate cheek weld, and has a recessed area for easy bolt removal. The ergonomics of the stock allow for an enhanced natural point of aim, reduced felt recoil which also aids in the ability to follow your shot. Dual bipod sling studs come standard. This shooting system utilizes a hinged floor plate for easy shell removal. A match grade stainless steel #3 McGowan barrel with a side baffle brake with a precision match chamber is cut for appropriate high BC bullets. A Calvin Elite Timney trigger set at 2 pounds ties it together. A side bolt release in the action allows for easy bolt removal. A Leupold VX3i LRP 4.5x14-50 rifle scope with a BDC turret and matching MOA based reticle in Leupold rings and bases. Most people don't realize how important the scope is to the system. Our shooting system utilizes a reticle inside the scope that is a calibrated measuring tool. The reticle allows you to measure, range and compensate for wind, among other things. This is an integral tool that aids tremendously in the whole system. The turret is matched to the Minute of Angle based reticle for absolute efficiency. The rifle system comes complete with 2 boxes of match grade ammo tuned with the BDC turret and a test target. Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure.
